You already have an integrated screen recorder with audio recording if you own an Android handset made by Samsung, Google, OnePlus, or another manufacturer. If not, you can get a screen recorder app from a third party developer from the Google Play Store. Here’s how to use Android’s built-in screen recording feature:
- Go to the voice message conversation in the Instagram app after opening it.
- On your Android phone, open the Quick Settings menu and choose “Screen Record.”
- There will be a pop-up. Make sure “Device audio” is chosen after tapping “Record audio.” Click the Start button.
- After you’ve finished listening to the audio message, end the recording. Your phone will store the recording in a video format.
iPhone Screen Recording
You can use the built-in screen recording feature on an iPhone. How to do it is as follows:
- Open the voice message conversation in the Instagram app on your iPhone.
- On your iPhone, open Control Center, then long click the Screen Recording icon. For activation tap on the microphone.
- In the Instagram app, play the audio message by tapping “Start Recording.” To save the video to your iPhone, stop the recording.
Lastly, convert the captured video to MP3 format using a video-to-audio converter program.
